As mentioned before here at WB Web Solutions we do not strictly offer any set 'packages'. All our sites are custom built to our clients exact specifications. We specialise in small, new, and medium sized businesses.
What we do offer in terms of 'packages' is a total solution for your company. By that we mean that we will firstly design your website to your requirements. We can include the latest Flash based technology for that more distinctive look. We will then host your website on your chosen domain and from there arrange for all of your company email accounts to be set up and of cause they will be domain based. For instance if your domain name is www.yourcompany.co.uk then we will set up your email accounts as follows; yourname@yourcompany.co.uk. And the great thing is you can have as many email accounts as you want. These accounts can be web based or we can provide you with all the server details you require to use software based email applications such as Outlook Express or Lotus Notes to name but a few.
Once your site is set up, dependant on your requirements, you may require your site updating on a regular or irregular basis. This is not a problem here at WB Web Solutuions. We will happily update your site for you and we promise to have all updates carried out within 7 days of the request being made. Usually this will be much quicker and often the very next day as we understand the importance of ensuring your customers are viewing the most upto date information available. Best of all we dont charge extra fees for these updates. They are included in your initial cost.
We also host your website for you, which means that we place all your site content onto a server and assign it to your domain name. This basically means that your website is always available at all times for your clients to visit.
We also provide free Technical Support so that if there are any problems, the matter is resolved as quickly and as effectively as possible.
